All of our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition, very safely and securely packaged.
We only ship customers purchased products using insured delivery methods.
In the unusual event that your Adrian's Walls purchase arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com or use the contact form to let us know - within a maximum of 72 hours of receipt by you - the customer. At this stage we will liaise with you and the courier company to resolve any issues. We reserve the right to supply you with the identical product you purchased, a full refund at our discretion or if proven by the courier company that the product arrived with you in perfect condition, we reserve the right decline your damage claim.
